From the moment I arrived, I felt truly listened to and seen. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with a genuinely good vibe. Romi’s approach was very attentive - she really listened, without overdoing the talking. Personally, I really appreciate that. I come to treatments to relax, and too much chit-chat can sometimes take away from the experience.

There was something truly special about this first visit - that kind of quiet magic you hope for when trying a new beauty studio for the first time. It was my first time at Beauty Chic, and it definitely won’t be my last.
